  I have never seen such an unorganized disaster. The laundry list of issues with this location doesn't even describe the experience. Where do I start how about with the fact that there are about 17 functioning teller Windows however only two of them actually have someone working. Normally this is not an issue unless in their case they have 60 people in the waiting area with 50 chairs. For me I could care less I stood. But watching the senior citizens hobble in and out and actually wait in their cars was painful. So before I end this, of the 2 tellers they had working I of course get the one teller (jones) that has no clue how to do a simple name change on a child's ss card. Which resulted in her telling me that she would have her supervisor come to the window. Five minutes later to return with no supervisor and tell me they couldn't help with what I needed done and I would have to contact Columbus. Please save yourself the headache and travel a little further to a branch that has a clue!

  We came around 2:00 in the afternoon. There were only a few people there. Quick and easy. Everyone was very helpful!
